All ABM International Fiber Cutting and Filling Systems are constructed
of heavy duty combination square tubing weldment and aluminum extrusion.
They feature the highest quality digital electronic components,
color touch screen operator interface, numerous safety features
and all stainless pneumatics. The BC-2000 Batt Cutter automatically
unwinds, pulls and cross cuts desired lengths of fiber while dropping
them onto the AF-2000 comforter filling machine. The AF-2000 accurately
fills comforters with minimal or no operator effort. Size changes
from twin to king are fully automatic utilizing our unique adjustable
slat and filling mouth system.
