ABM International, Inc. has spent many years developing the fastest, most versatile and easiest to operate panel cutter. The XZR-7000 Panel Cutter automatically unwinds, pulls, slits and cross cuts desired lengths of material while stacking them neatly on a removable table or conveyor. The Panel Cutter simultaneous cuts multiple rolls of material providing extremely efficient productivity and eliminating cutting by hand. Our Panel Cutter cuts with extreme accuracy even on the most difficult of fabrics. It can be built to cut satin, cotton, polycotton, fiberglass, ceramic, kevlar and much more.

XZR-7000 Panel Cutting Machine Features

ABM's XZR 7000 Panel Cutting machine is made to cut thousands of yard of fabric per day.

Multiple rolls of material are power unwound through Dancer Towers which limit material stretch through computer controlled tension adjustments. This process allows a tolerance of less than plus or minus an eighth of an inch.
A color Touch Screen user interface allows for user friendly operation.
The Photoelectric Edge Guiding system insures that the material is slit precisely.
A Rotary Knife Cross Cutter is manufactured with off the shelf components that will allow for years of maintenance free service.

Panel Cutting Power Hopper & Dance Tower:
The XZR-7000 can be equipped with several different types of inline slitters.

The XZR-7000 power feed hopper and dancer tower controls material tension and position to ensure that every cut is accurate within + or - 1/8th".
The power feed hopper accelerates the roll every time material is pulled off the dancer bar and edge guides the roll to maintain perfect stacking on the table.
Multiple rolls can be pulled by adding additional hoppers and towers.

Panel Cutting Pneumatic Gripper Arm:
The XZR-7000 can be equipped with several different types of inline slitters.

The pneumatic gripper arm, engages the material at all possible contact points, to ensure a perfect grip without missing or dropping of fabric up to 1" thick.
All stainless pneumatics are utilized providing long life, maintenance free operation.
Custom fabricated soft rubber tips provide great gripping function without damaging the material.

Panel Cutting Color Touchscreen Interface:
The XZR-7000 can be equipped with several different types of inline slitters.

The XZR-7000 comes with an extremely user friendly color touchscreen operator interface.
Consistent pull lengths under all cutting conditions.
